To Give Our customers maximum satisfaction & ultimate experience every Wahid Fan undergoes a complete quality check before it is dispatched from the factory. However, if it develops any defect we undertake to repair it at our cost for 3 years from the date of purchase, provided it is not tempered.

• The guarantee does not cover any fault or damage resulting from accident attempted repair, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer.

• The guarantee does not cover the burning out of the motor due to water seepage into the motor (except for the waterproof ceiling fan).

• Breaking of any part is not guaranteed.

• The guarantee is for the motor only for all fans.

• The claim must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and guarantee card duly filled in, signed, and stamped by the authorized dealer from whom the fan was purchased.
